Time to get your time sheets up to date?
Do you ever have trouble filling out your paperwork or timesheets for a job because you can’t remember your start and finish times? Steve Whitehead has found an easy way to keep them accurately recorded, by using your mobile phone.
When you drive out the gate dial 1111 on your mobile phone and hang up after a couple of seconds.
When you pull up at the job site dial 2222 on your mobile phone and hang up after a couple of seconds.
When you are finished and leaving the site dial 3333 on your mobile phone and hang up after a couple of seconds.
When you get back to home base dial 4444 on your mobile phone and hang up after a couple of seconds.
When you fill out your job card, grab your phone and there on your call list is:
1111 - the time tagged on your phone that you started travelling
2222 - the time you arrived at site and started work
3333 - the time you finished the job
4444 - the time you arrived back (the admin. people and accountants will love you).
Please DO NOT at any time dial 000 except in extreme emergencies.
